Remember when we told you that Memphitz and K. Michelle were battling it out in court over her claims that he domestically abused her and “beat her azz”??? Wellll, their case is still ongoing and in a recent deposition the “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” star was forced to make some shocking admissions.
As previously reported, Toya Wright’s husband Mickey “Memphitz” is suing K. Michelle real name Kimberly Michelle Pate, as well as Viacom Intenational, Mona Scott Young’s Monami Entertainment and NFGTV, Inc after K. Michelle talked about her music executive ex (Hitz) abusing her. Hitz is now currently asking the entities to pay his attorney’s fees and cost of litigation for his troubles.
According to official court documents obtained by BOSSIP, K. was disposed and asked several questions regarding the case.
In one part attorneys asked her if Hitz punched her and gave her a black eye. She said he did not punch her, but said she had bruises, cuts and scrapes and had been hit by a water bottle.

But photos of her from the actual day she claims the incident happened don’t look anything like this.
She also spoke on her claims that Hitz threatened to kill her son in a text message and stated that she “believed” the text existed but couldn’t remember the exact time when she gave it to her lawyer.
In another portion of the deposition she was also asked about her plastic surgery and admitted that while “Hitz Committee” paid for her breast implants and veneers, they did not pay for her butt augmentation. According to K, she paid for that herself and it had it done “the drag queen way.”

The singer also spoke on an incident where she and Dondria went to Hitz’ house and vandalized it by “ripping up flowers out the ground” they then honked horn of a car while calling him an abuser. K also continues to mention a man named Glen Delgado who can corroborate her story. In the lawsuit Hitz maintains that Delgado can corroborate his case instead.
Hitz also issued a response in the case and denied physically abusing K and taking money from her record deal to pay for his wife Toya Wright’s $50,000 engagement ring.
An evidentiary hearing will take place November 24 at 10 a.m. and a judge will eventually decide if Hitz’ legal fees should be paid.
