Golden Brooks Denies Throwing Drinks On Paula Jai Parker

Despite what her “Hollywood Divas” co-star repeatedly recounts, Golden Brooks said she and her friends never had an altercation with Paula Jai Parker.

Via S2S Magazine reports:

“That’s a lie. It’s made up. That did not happen,” Golden told TV One.

Two episodes of the new reality series have aired, and in both, Paula shared a story about Golden and her friends confronting her and throwing a drink on her at a party 10 years ago.

When Paula first mentioned it to Golden, the former “Girlfriends” star said she didn’t remember, and that’s the story she’s sticking with.

“I was with a good friend who doesn’t recall it either. I don’t know what planet Paula was on when this happened. No one ever threw drinks on anyone,” said Golden who is sure she’d remember and denies consuming alcohol that night.

“That’s all a fabrication and an awful lie. She is attacking my character and I’m shocked that she went on TV and said a lie. I can’t speak for Paula. I can only speak my truth,” she said.

As far as her character goes, it’s also taking a hit from those who feel Golden is giving co-star Countess Vaughn a hard time about her weight.
