Rick Ross recently celebrated blowing out 39 candles on his birthday cake by enjoying a lavish seafood dinner in Atlanta.

The biggest boss took to ATL’s Ocean Prime for a meal hosted by Music Exec Dina Marto of 12 Music Group…

and snapped selfies with his boo Ming Lee.
