The “Dope House” Rapper’s Alleged Relationships Revealed; Friend Says Ex-Fling May Be Carrying His Child; Wife Tells BOSSIP She’s Focused On Finding His Killer
Slain rapper Chinx Drugz was in a long-term relationship with a woman other than his wife at the time he was murdered and may have a baby on the way with a second woman, BOSSIP has learned.
Lionel “Chinx Drugz” Pickens enjoyed relationships with three different women besides the woman who says she’s his wife, and one believes she is pregnant with his child, a close friend exclusively told BOSSIP.
The women—novelist Larrima Davis, a stripper known as “5 Star Jazzi” and a now-pregnant 21-year old—were romanced by the dad of two, but the source insisted he was unattached at the time.
“There’s no such thing as a side chick when you’re single,” the source, who has known Chinx for more than a decade and asked not to be identified, told BOSSIP.
The friend said Chinx especially adored Davis, a writer whose father, Larry Davis, is known for going on the run for 17 days after wounding six police officers during a 1986 raid on his Bronx apartment.
“She wasn’t the girl who he flossed around, taking her to night clubs. He really liked that girl,” the source said of Davis. “His exact words were ‘She’s the real deal.’”
Davis told BOSSIP that Chinx told her he wasn’t with Janelli Caceres-Pickens, who, according to his funeral program, married him in 2006. Davis said he and referred to her as his “bm.”
“I love that man,” Davis told BOSSIP. “Our friendship was long distance but every chance I got to spend with him we made every effort to spend together. He was my backbone. He encouraged me to keep pushing with everything going on in my life. The sweetest person I know.”
The friend said even though Chinx was smitten with Davis, he had a fling with the 21-year-old, and told the friend there was a possibility that he was the father of the woman’s unborn child. Caceres-Pickens is aware of the baby, according to the friend.
“That girl (Davis) is heartbroken, and I’m sure the girl that is possibly carrying his child is heartbroken too,” the source told BOSSIP.
Caceres-Pickens told BOSSIP that Chinx was on his way home to her and their kids on the night he was killed, and if he does have baby outside of their union, that child is fatherless just like her kids.
“I don’t give a damn about who he was possibly dealing with,” Caceres-Pickens said in an email, “who claims to have a child or be pregnant (just for their 15 minutes of fame) or who claims they know me…The reality is no one has him now!”
Chinx was shot multiple times around 4 a.m. May 17 after performing at a Brooklyn club. Police are searching for his killers.
Shortly after his death, Caceres-Pickens’ supporters began trolling Chinx’s other women online. Davis, who attended Chinx’s funeral earlier this week, has been on the receiving end of a volley of verbal abuse after she posted a text message exchange between the couple from the night he was killed.
5 Star Jazzi has switched her Instagram profile to private after the trolls left vile comments, but still has #RIPCHINX in her bio. We’ve reached out to 5 Star Jazzi for comment, and BOSSIP’s attempts to reach the third woman were unsuccessful.
“I don’t know why she’s going so hard, or why her family and friends are being so rude and disrespectful to me or anyone else,” Davis told BOSSIP. “She will always have what no one else has, which is his children.”
The source says Caceres-Pickens was never legally married to the Cocaine Riot mixtape rapper. BOSSIP could find no records of their nuptials in New York State or the country. Common law marriages are not legal in New York.
Chinx and Caceres-Pickens’ off-on relationship was rocky in part because Caceres-Pickens dated other men from their Far Rockaway, Queens neighborhood, which upset Chinx, the source said. Chinx eventually began stepping out too.
“Janelli needs to take the time to put all the cards on the table,” the source said. “Her and this man were not together.“
“Every time you turned around, she was with another guy from the block,” the source added. “Now, all of a sudden he’s happily married and in this wonderful relationship.”
Chinx didn’t stay in the Ozone Park, Queens home he rented for Caceres-Pickens and their kids, the source said. Instead, he preferred staying in hotels with Davis when she was in town or crashing on friend’s couches. The friend told BOSSIP that Chinx’s social circle weren’t aware of Caceres-Pickens.
“French (Montana) didn’t even know Janelli,” the friend said. “He didn’t bring Janelli anywhere. A lot of people are jumping on the bandwagon because she’s saying, ‘I’m his wife.’”
But the source says Chinx deeply loved Caceres-Pickens, and even paid for her to get body lift plastic surgery in the Caribbean.
Caceres-Pickens said instead of focusing on who Chinx was sleeping with and speculation on whether she’s had plastic surgery, her aim is to find his killer.
“Why don’t you do a story on gun violence and how people need to stop living this “no snitching ” life…because someone knows something and right now we are in pain waking up everyday not knowing who did this and why,” she said. “Let alone we don’t feel safe!!!”
The source meanwhile, said they just wanted to set the record straight.
“I looked at Lionel like he was my little brother, and it’s messed up that he’s not there to defend himself,” the source said. “It’s sad because of the whole situation, how it played out, and all of the drama.”
