Kim Zolciak is responding to reports that she’s gone under the knife to transform her face completely. According to recent reports, Kim had rhinoplasty as well as a full face lift to make herself look more youthful.

The reality star shared this snap and instantly sparked rumors that she had some serious work done on her mysteriously youthful face.
“Kim seems to have transformed! Her nose looks refined, thinner, straighter and shorter than it used to be. I suspect she had surgical rhinoplasty to accomplish this,” Anthony Youn M.D. F.A.C.S., who has not treated Zolciak, commented.

Kim has since clapped back at the plastic surgery rumors and is completely denying ever letting a doctor touch her face.
