TLC’s Ex-Manager Can’t Break Even In Sale Of Pricey Pad

Singer Pebbles took a hit in her pocketbook when she sold off her luxury Georgia penthouse, having to slash the price massively to find a buyer of the pad she owned for more than 10 years.

The ex-manager of TLC – real name Perri Reid – purchased the 2,867 sq. ft., three bedroom, three bathroom condo back in 2004 for $925,000, BOSSIP can reveal.

The pad is the largest penthouse unit in the luxury building – Park Regency- in Buckhead, Ga. The home features scenic views of the city, balconies, a patio along with valet, 24/7 security, pool/sauna and roof deck.

Reid listed her home for sale earlier this year for $1.2 million, but she didn’t have any takers until the price was slashed down to $918,000. That means the singer took a hit on the sale of the condo.

Pebbles is currently in the midst of suing Viacom and VH1 for more than $10 million over the TLC biopic released earlier this year.
