While promoting her Jackie album in NYC this week Ciara was spotted toting around her adorable son Future Zahir.
The cutie who’s been caught in the middle of Ciara and his father Future’s drama, waved at the paparazzi while leaving his mom’s hotel…
But while baby Future and his mom were all smiles this week, there’s currently a nasty rumor circulating that his disgruntled dad has filed for full custody of him.

Rapper Future real name Nayvadius Wilborn filed for sole custody of his 17th child Future Zahir Wilburn taking away custody from singer Ciara.
In order for Future to officially be considered for full custody he must first past a drug test to which the rapper responded “no problem, because codeine ain’t a drug, because you can buy it at Cvs pharmacy” Yes you can Future. Yes you can.
