Jesus Take The Wheel: Neighbors Thought Dead Body On Fence Was Halloween Decoration
A Ohio woman, Rebecca Cade, who was running from her killer, was found caught with a hand up on a barbed-wired fence. Neighbors thought she was a Halloween decoration. According to NY Daily News, a man named Donnie Cochenour, 27, was arrested Tuesday in connection to Cade’s murder.
