Mark Salling Arrested For Child Porn
A former star of the hit show “Glee” is in police custody amid shocking child pornography charges.
Former Glee star Mark Salling has been arrested for possession of child pornography, PEOPLE confirms.
“He was taken into custody this morning for possession of child porn,” Officer Aaron Jefferson of the Los Angeles Police Department tells PEOPLE.
The actor is getting booked in downtown L.A. Crime Watch Daily first broke the news that the LAPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children unit obtained a search warrant Tuesday morning for a home in Sunland, California. Officers found hundreds of images on his computer, according to TMZ.
Salling, 33, played jock Noah “Puck” Puckerman on the hit Fox show from 2009-15.
His reps did not return PEOPLE’s request for comment.
