Former Running Back Admits To Cheating In Bombshell Divorce Case

Ex-college football running back Brennan Clay is begging a Texas divorce judge to not give his “skittle” Louboutin shoes or his college bowl ring to his estranged wife in their divorce.

But he does admit he cheated on his ex during their marriage – which is interesting since he was furious when he accused her of sleeping with his ex-teammate/NFL star Demarco Murray.

Back in December 2014, Clay announced he was going to divorce his wife of four months after he allegedly discovered text messages between his former teammate/Dallas Cowboys star Demarco Murray and his wife … which he said were so graphic that he was disgusted.

According to court records, his wife Gina aka Eugina D’Agostini beat Clay to the punch and slapped him with divorce papers on December 11th in Dallas County Court.

She listed the date of their marriage as July 19th 2014 and the day they separated as November 28th 2014 – which is 2 days before Clay took to Twitter to accuse his wife and DeMarco of carrying on the sext fling.

D’Agostini claimed the marriage had become insupportable due to discord or conflict of personalities and there was no chance of them reconciling. She demanded Clay also pay her attorney fees.

Then in November, D’Agostini headed back to court demanding Clay be found in contempt and thrown in jail. She said he had harassed her by sending vulgar texts, threatened to burn all her shoes, broke into her house and also said he was going to expose the alleged affair with Murray by releasing private messages he obtained by breaking into her devices.

Clay then slapped his ex with his own divorce filing. He accused D’Agostini of ruining their marriage by cheating on him. He said she is guilty of committing cruel treatment of him during their marriage. The petition also sought a court order stating his separate property was his and his ex pay his attorney fees.

Then on January 13th, Clay filed answers to the questions his ex demanded he answer in the divorce.

D’Agostini asked Clay – if during the marriage – he ever engaged in intimate sexual contact including intercourse, oral sex, fondling, kidding or other sexual stimulation. He admitted he did with a woman named Lindsey Treadwell.

However, he denied that he ever put his hand on his then-wife nor did he abuse her. Clay does admit to breaking the glass at their home, admits threatening to burn all her shoes along with calling her a whore, slut and c**t.

Clay also accused D’Agostini of being the aggressor NOT him, saying when he arrived at their home to collect his belongings she refused to let him get his stuff, and punched and kicked him. He said she then dropped to her knees and screamed asking why he won’t be with her.

The ex-football star wanted his 2010/2011 College Bowl ring, his Louboutin skittle shoes, a pair of Gucci slippers and his Balenciaga blue high top shoes – and wants to keep his 2002 Ford Explorer.

The judge has yet to make a decision in the case.
