A 63-year-old grandmother has a bikini body that makes jaws drop. Wendy Ida says she is not ashamed to show off her body. She says she use to weigh 200 pounds but slimmed down to 125 pounds with diet and exercise. “I absolutely feel better now, at 63 years old in a bikini, than I did when I was 33,” she said. Another ageless wonder is Rebecca LaNasa. At 74, the Florida grandma has a six-pack. Her granddaughter, Jackie, who also stuns in a bikini, chalks it up to good genes.
