Carlos Boozer Tries To Lower Child Support

The final judgment granting the dissolution of their marriage – for the second time – stated that Carlos and his ex reached an agreement during mediation back in July and both parties recently signed off on the deal to make it official.

Under the deal, Cindy is to pay her own attorney fees for the divorce.

Then on March 31st, Carlos headed back to court and filed a motion to decrease his monthly child support payments to his ex-wife for their three kids, despite agreeing to the original amount in the divorce settlement.

All signs point to Carlos no longer being signed to a NBA team, and the original child support being based off his current income at that time.

Cindy clearly doesn’t agree with her ex-husband’s petition to lower her child support payments and filed docs in the case pleading with the judge to dismiss Carlos’ motion.

The judge has yet to rule on the matter.
