According to TMZ, Jennifer Lopez is now the proud owner of a massive, 8-acre, $28 million Los Angeles compound that was formerly owned by actress Sela Ward.
Granted, Sela wanted $40 million for the property so all things considered, J. Lo got a good azz deal.
13,000 square feet, a lake, a beach, an Italian villa and a WHOLE lotta fancy design work.
