Iman Shumpert Releases Song Addressing Haters Amid Cheating Scandal
The baller JUST posted this photo of he and Taylor at the KITH show this week along with a message stating that there “ain’t no breaking up. Junie’s gonna grow up with both her parents and siblings. The bitterness will get you no where. Just spread love. #post90 #youhatethatyouloveit”
The post also promotes Shump’s new song “His Story” which premiered on KarenCivil.com
The song was produced Ca$h Clay and uses a sample from Kanye’s “Faded” track that he and Taylor appear in. We’re guessing this is supposed to be considered either “his side” or his way of addressing the hate, but he also posted a message to people who have been critical of Teyana.
Hit the flip for that.
Iman sheds more light in this caption. This appears to be an admission of guilt, albeit not a very direct one.
I was young. I was selfish. I’ve broken hearts and been insensitive to them. I never really cared what the Internet said of me until now and it’s not because they’re antagonizing me…they are now directing hate toward a woman that gives off nothing but positive energy and deserves nothing more than the world that I vow to give her. I normally wouldn’t acknowledge this type of thing but you guys win. If you’re going to send the hate, direct it at me. Don’t make her pay for my mistakes. I’m older now, I’m different now. It’s Peace and love. Don’t make her pay for the mistakes of my past. “His Story” out now. Word to @Karencivil 💂🏾#post90
Iman teased the song on his Instagram this morning:
Guess beach yoga with Kyrie is how Iman got that six pack.
