Mariah Carey And James Packer’s Prenup Negotiation Helps Fuel Break Up

This break up between Mariah Carey and James Packer feels more like a divorce due to the details of the prenup that never was.

TMZ is now reporting that a big part of Mariah and James’ break up the negotiation of their business arrangement.

We told you guys that James wasn’t happy with the way Mariah was spending his bread and he put more than a few roadblocks to keep her hand out of his cookie jar.

“Except for gifts between them for their engagement, wedding or on birthdays and anniversaries, no item of jewelry and/or personal adornment costing over $250,000 will be deemed a gift unless accompanied by, or promptly followed by, a writing specifically stating ‘This is my gift to you.'”

Mariah and her legal team described this clause as: “tacky and insulting.”

But that wasn’t the only stipulation that Mariah would describe that way.

… the clothing is not to be used for business or performing and “Mariah shall provide all clothing for her children.”

Damn lol. James doesn’t even wanna buy clothes for his soon-to-be step-children.

“James shall provide the use of one private aircraft, of his selection, for Mariah’s personal use, or that of her children and nannies only when James, in his sole discretion, determines it is appropriate to do so.”

“…of his selection”? Sounds like James wants to give Mariah his most raggedy plane.

“James will pay Mariah, and Mariah shall accept, $6 million dollars per year for each full year of marriage, up to a maximum of $30 million … adjusted pro-rata on a weekly basis [$151,385 per week].”

Mariah prolly read “$30 million” and fell out of her chair laughing.
