The deputy said he believes Stratos convinced a lawyer to let him use her cell phone along with sneak him in documents in connection with this multi-million dollar potential sale marked “Ellen Dove Project.”

The lawyer put $5,600 on Stratos’ commissary books, which the jail deputy said he has never before seen a lawyer putting money on a client’s books.
