Last month we reported on a security cam footage of Oklahoma college baller Joe Mixon punching a white woman, who allegedly called him a “ni**er”, in the face at a local bar.

Today TMZ drops video of Joe explaining to the local police exactly why he became violent toward the woman…

On the flip side, cops tell Mixon the woman’s version of the story…
