Alexandre Bastin Revealed All In Court Docs

The woman who is allegedly set to deliver Reggie Bush’s out-of-wedlock son told her husband the athlete was the father and he wouldn’t be on the hook for raising the baby.

Alexandre Bastin filed for divorce from his wife – Monique Exposito – who allegedly was Bush’s mistress over a period of eight months last year. He said the marriage was “irretrievably broken” and there was no chance of them ever getting back together.

“Mother has consented to the husband that she does not want the husband to be the legal father,” Bastin said in court docs obtained by BOSSIP. “The wife has admitted to the husband that he is not the biological father of her unborn child, and, in fact, alleges that another man is the biological father of her unborn child.”

But a source said the two-year marriage was a sham from the start, alleging Exposito only agreed to marry Bastin in exchange for $30,000 as well as additional monthly payments so the Frenchman could stay in the United States. The pair never lived together and he now has a new girlfriend, a source with knowledge of the situation told BOSSIP.

Bastin said there’s no way he’s the father because the pair weren’t having sex during the time the baby was conceived.

The cuckolded husband said the baby is set for life because he said Exposito “purportedly” signed a confidentiality agreement with Bush where he acknowledges that he is the father, and agrees to be there – at least legally – for the baby.

Bush has not responded to BOSSIP’s requests for comment, but his lawyer told TMZ that he is “happily married” to his wife, Lillit, with whom he shares two children.

Bastin wants Exposito to pay his for a DNA test that proves he’s not the dad, and his legal fees as he said he’s broke. However, the husband, a restauranteur, seems like he wants the split to be amicable. He said he doesn’t want alimony and said his pregnant wife isn’t entitled to any either and wants their assets and debts split down the middle.

BOSSIP exclusively revealed that Bush paid Exposito millions to keep silent about their illicit liaisons and abort the baby. But Exposito is keeping the child and will give birth via C-section on Valentine’s Day. According to her social media, she has been on a spending spree recently, buying herself a new SUV and moving into a new waterfront home.

Bastin wants the judge to sign off on the divorce, and officially rule that he is not legally responsible for the child and make Bush pay child support. Exposito has not yet responded to the suit.
