What is it with these celebrities and yelling All Lives Matter? Do rich people not have books? Well, whatever the case, Chilli from TLC has decided to take a break from scamming fans over albums to declare that all lives matter. Now what would make her say some mess like that? Whatever the case, the dragging has been non-stop.
