Former Athlete Slashes $700K From Mansion Sale Price In Just Two Months

Lamar Odom appears to be extremely desperate to sell off his Florida mansion after he slashed a total of $700,000 from the asking price just two months after he put his property on the market.

On April 27th, Odom listed his Pinecrest, Fl. mansion on the market for $5.2 million.

The ex-NBA star purchased the pad back in 2003 for $2.975 mill. The six-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom, 8,557 sq. ft. mansion is located in an exclusive gated community and features a grand foyer entrance, media room, pool/spa, tennis court and basketball court.

Less than a month later on May 24th, Odom cut the asking price by $305,000 down to $4,895,000.

Then on June 8th, the former Mr. Khloe Kardashian slashed the price by $395,000 down to $4,500,000.

However, if Lamar were to find a buyer at the current price, he would still profit $1.525 million based on the original purchase price.
