According to a DailyMail, this Brazilian jawn named Jennifer Pamplona is a super Kim Kardashian Stan and has spent $470,000 in plastic surgeries to achieve whatever she thinks is “perfection”.

That nearly half-a-million dollars includes liposuction, rib removal and two breast augmentations.
Her latest foray into Kardashianism was getting 4 ounces of fat injected into her ironing board azz after being rejected by 8 different surgeons who said the procedure was far too dangerous for their taste.
‘My doctors have asked me if I am scared to die from the surgeries, but, in my opinion, if it happens I will die happy and beautiful.
Yeah…but wait, there’s more. Jennifer talks about how she’s been on this bigger butt mission since she was 17-years-old:
‘Since then I started to go crazy for a larger butt, I’ve lost count of the amount of injections I’ve had now to make it bigger but it’s way over ten.
