In West Virginia, a retired Harrison County Sheriffs Deputy, 63-yr-old William Sothen, turned himself in last week on charges of battery after him and a black woman got into it. Sothen is obviously the escalator and had no right putting his hands on that woman, period. The woman in the video has not been identified yet.
