The Carters attended the wedding of Roc Nation CEO Lawrence Parker and Dr. Jessica Clemons in New Orleans. Usually momma and daddy Carter would be the stars of the show, but 5-year-old Blue would not be upstaged by Jay-whoever and Bey-what’s-her-name.

According to USMagazine, the Mischka Aoki “Eternal Beauty” dress that Blue rocked retails for $4,915.
