Rihanna Mourns Cousin’s Death By Murder
Rihanna’s Bajan holiday was marred by tragedy on Tuesday evening as she lost a family member to gun violence.
According to Sky News, Rihanna’s 21-year-old cousin Tavon Kaissen Alleyne was walking near his St. Michael home when he was approached by a man with a weapon in hand. The individual shot Tavon multiple times before fleeing the scene.
He was rushed to the hospital but eventually died from his injuries.
Rihanna posted a shocked and sorrowful message to her fallen family member shortly after the news was confirmed.
