NeNe Leakes Explains Her “Mugshots To Millions” T-Shirts

NeNe Leakes isn’t ashamed of her past and she’s explaining why she’s selling shirts with her mugshots on them. If you can recall, Sheree Whitfield unceremoniously brought up NeNe’s mugshots after she called her incarcerated boo thang Tyrone Gilliams a “con artist.”

NeNe then clapped back and said that both Sheree AND her son Kairo Whitfield have mugshots of their own.

“A mugshot does not equal ten years in prison for doing a ponzi scheme…I ain’t spend a day in jail for doing nothing, honey. Sheree needs to be worrying about her own mugshot, her son got a mugshot. She had hers expunged, she was stealing out the store remember?”

According to NeNe her past isn’t shameful, instead, she’s learned from it and the “growing pains” of not having her mother and father helped her thrive.

“Growing up without my mother or father i experienced many growing pains but without them, i could not be who i am or have accomplished the things that i have today,” wrote Leakes. “Your past does NOT determine your future.
