Oldest Man In The World Dead At Age 113
The oldest man in the world has gone home to glory.
According to NYDailyNews, Francisco Núñez Olivera has died at his home in the Spanish village of Bienvenida. Olivera was born in December of 1904.
“He died with the affection of his family and the love of his family and with the admiration of all his countrymen,” Bienvenida’s authorities wrote on Facebook, adding that a funeral will be held in the afternoon.
It is difficult to confirm Mr. Olivera’s exact age because many birth certificates were destroyed during Spanish Civil War, but he is believed to have become the oldest man in the world when holocaust survivor Yisrael Kristal passed in August.
