Cardi B Hints At Her Own Relationship Indiscretions In Cosmopolitan

Cardi B has been boxing fans in the comment section for months over her decision to ignore Offset’s extracurricular activities and move forward with their trap matrimony.

But now, she’s opening up in the new issue of Cosmo — which she covers next month — and letting us know there’s a bit more to the story than meets the eye here.

As she told Cosmopolitan, her reasons for standing by her man have nothing to do with her level of self worth, and a lot to do with being “even” in the relationship, in a sense…

“It’s like everybody is coming down my neck like, ‘Why are you not leaving him? You have low self-esteem.’ I don’t have low self-esteem…I know I look good. I know I’m rich, I know I’m talented. I know I could get any man I want—any basketball player, football player. But I want to work out my shit with my man, and I don’t got to explain why. I’m not your property. This is my life … I’m going to take my time, and I’m going to decide on my decision…It’s not right, what he fucking did — but people don’t know what I did, ’cause I ain’t no angel.”

Of course, we won’t hold our breath for much more disclosure on that one. Our best guess is Cardi’s own indiscretions have a thing or two to do with that jailbird ex-boyfriend of hers getting released from the clink right around the time Cardi and Offset’s union heated up in the public. But we’re just tossing spaghetti at the wall here…
