Florida Woman Is Suing A T-Mobile Store For Invasion Of Privacy

Florida crazies, back at it again.

In the latest report of crazy ish happening in the Sunshine State, a local woman is suing a T-Mobile store for a huge invasion of privacy. She alleges that an employee at the store stole a sex video of hers while working on problems with her cellphone.

24-year-old Keely Hightower told the Tampa Bay Times that she noticed Robert Sanchez Ramos was taking a pretty long time while looking through her phone. The following day, Hightower eerily noticed an email sent from her own account with an attachment of a NSFW video that was moved to the trash folder. When the young woman realized what happened, she explained, “my heart dropped,” and soon after, Hightower contacted the police.

According to court records, Sanchez Ramos pleaded guilty to a computer offense charge and was on the receiving end of a six-month prison sentence. According to police, Ramos has a shady track record too–he defrauded another T-Mobile store back in 2013 and was arrested for allegedly stealing two iPads from a Walmart where he worked.

Welp, there you have it. If you got a few down and dirty videos saved up in your phone, make sure you keep an eye on the employee checking out your device.
