Kevin Jackson Terminated For “Reprehensible” Tweets About Kavanaugh Accusers

When Dr. Christine Blasey Ford testified that Brett KavanaughDonald Trump‘s pick for the U.S. Supreme Court—tried to rape her at a party when they were teens, it didn’t sit right with Kevin Jackson‘s spirit. But, instead of expressing his opinion in a civilized manner, the FOX News contributor got himself fired by resorting to name-calling.

The NYTimes reports:

“Dr. Blasey told senators in explicit detail, her voice breaking at times, of the night she said the future Judge Kavanaugh pinned her to the bed, tried to rip her clothes off and clapped his hand over her mouth as she screamed. ‘It was hard for me to breathe and I believed that Brett was going to accidentally kill me,’ she said. Dr. Blasey also described the lasting impact of the attack, especially how he held his hand over her mouth: “Brett’s assault on me drastically altered my life.”

Jackson, who was live-tweeting the hearings, called Blasey a “lying skank” on the innanets….lawd. According to his own account and screenshots posted by RhymesWithSnitch.com, these are just two of the tweets he sent out:

“I disagree. Feminists are their own worst enemies, and enemy of women. Also, they want men to NEVER be believed. I’m not succumbing. TO HELL with the notion that women must be believed no matter what. Lying skanks is what these 3 women are, and we ALL know more#TeamKJ”

“#ChristineBlaseyFord academic problems came from her PROMISCUITY! Dang girl, stop opening your legs and OPEN A BOOK!” #TeamKJ”

After catching wind of his online ranting, FOX saw fit to give Jackson the boot. “Kevin Jackson has been terminated as a contributor,” a FOX spokesperson said in a statement, according to TIME. “His comments on today’s hearings were reprehensible and do not reflect the values of FOX News.”

Kevin’s defense?

Welp. Toodles, Kev. Catch some of the live-tweeting that got him fired on the flip.
