21 Savage Genius Interview
21 Savage has just released his new album I Am > I Was and if you haven’t heard it yet then you’re playing yourself. The much refined-yet-potent sophomore effort is going to ring off in the streets for quite some time.
To launch the album, 21 refurbished an East Atlanta motel in his artistic image and it at that installation Rob Markman of Genius sat down with the rapper born Shayaa Bin Abraham-Joseph to talk about the creation of the new album and some of the meanings behind the lyrics.
