Minnesota Man Arrested After Throwing 5-Year Old From Third Floor Balcony Of Mall Of America

Man Pushes Child From Third Floor Balcony
A 24-year old Man is currently in custody due to what police are calling the “Mall Of America incident.”
According to reports, a 5-year-old child suffered significant injuries when a man either threw or pushed him from the third floor of the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. Eyewitnesses told police Chief Jeff Potts that the person suspected of pushing or throwing the child “took off running immediately after the incident.”
Potts told reporters:
“At this time, we do not believe that there is a relationship between the child or the family of the child. The child did suffer significant injuries. [He] has been transported to the hospital and has been receiving care. [We] believe this to be an isolated incident.”
Officers are still investigating the scene, and are working with mall employees to find video footage of the incident. SMH.
