We all know that the Kardashians are a wake of culture vultures who just won’t chill. We also know that their usual target for vulturing is black women. Khloe Kardashian was at Kourtney Kardashian’s 40th birthday party and she wore a knockoff version of Rihanna’s iconic Swarovski dress she wore in 2014.
