G Herbo Charged With Misdemeanor Battery
Last month, Chicago rapper G Herbo was arrested after an altercation went down between him and the mother of his son. He was arrested after going to Ariana Fletcher’s Atlanta apartment. G Herbo aka Herbert Wright III claims he was there to retrieve jewelry that Ari took during their breakup, but so far has never denied assaulting the 23-year-old mom.
According to new legal documents brought forth by TMZ, Herbo’s been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery. Prosecutors are saying Wright dragged Ariana Fletcher by her hair during their altercation. Prosecutors are also accusing him of bruising her body and scratching her arms, leaving visible wounds.
Herbert faces up to a year in jail if convicted.
