Yo Gotti Wins In His Lawsuit Against Georgia Auto Shop

Yo Gotti has come out partially victorious in a lawsuit against an Atlanta auto shop that, according to the rapper, is to blame for wrecking his Lamborghini.

The Blast obtained court documents, which show that a jury in a Georgia courtroom has awarded Gotti $66,300 after finding that Motorcars of Georgia shop was partially liable for the damage done to his car. In a nutshell, the shop in question was determined to be responsible for 17 percent liability in a crash that ultimately caused an estimated $390,000 in damage to Gotti’s 2012 Lambo Aventador.

This suit started all the way back in 2016, when the Memphis rapper said that after taking his Lambo there for repairs, one of its employees ended up taking it out for an unauthorized joyride. The offending crash of the vehicle also involved a tractor-trailer and was initially chalked up to a “third party” by the auto shop.

As for that $66,000, it looks like Yo Gotti is doing juuuuuust fine whether or not he gets that extra couple of bucks. The rapper is currently on vacation for his birthday, and according to his captions on Instagram, he’s trying to spend $1 million on himself for the occasion.
