American Express CEO Kenneth Chenault just bought a five-bedroom, 7½-bath, 11,700-square-foot townhouse at 3 E. 94th St. for $18.5 million, reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil. The house is one of three renovated by developer Aby Rosen. The townhouse, which Rosen bought for $8.8 million in 2005, was asking $29.5 million when it was first on the market two years ago. It has a base ment pool, a sauna and five wood-burning fire places.
