Bristol Palin Bought Her First House… And It’s Not In Sarah Palin’s Alaska
Looks like Bristol was just waiting for some bread to get the F up out from under her mother.
Now that the Dancing With The Stars check cleared, she is moving 3700 miles away from Sarah’s crazy a**.
Bristol Palin, 20, purchased a five-bedroom house in Maricopa, Ariz., setting the Grand Canyon State abuzz about a possible Palin family relocation, reports the New York Times.
The Palin family didn’t comment about the potential move to the lower 48. Edward Farrell, Maricopa’s vice mayor, gave Palin’s father, Todd Palin, a tour of the town – which is south of Phoenix – earlier this year.
“I left the meeting thinking that maybe he and Sarah were looking for a place to live,” Farrell says.
The Dancing with the Stars season 11 runner-up’s desert abode is a brown stucco house in the Cobblestone Farms development, the same neighborhood the mayor lives in. She paid $172,000 in cash several weeks ago for the house, according to property records from Pinal County.
And it looks like she scored a good deal: The 3,900-square-foot house, which went into foreclosure in January, sold for nearly $330,000 four years ago.
Her dad may have been involved in the house shopping, but Bristol is definitely making the move solo dolo.
She’s enrolling at Arizona State University to study Broadcasting next year.
