Rumor Control: Breezy’s Real Estate Rep Says All That ‘Bad Neighbor’ Talk Is Just Hate

Either reports of Breezy’s bad tenant-ness were grossly exaggerated , or he has found yet another good person to hold him down unnecessarily.

The real estate agent who helped him land his cushy L.A. crib says she can’t imagine Chris Brown being the kind of tenant described in earlier reports.

“Chris Brown has been very kind and an absolute pleasure to work with,” says Manuela Villa of L.A. Luxury Estates. “Our interaction on his behalf continues to be professional and seamless.”

She’s probably not lying. We bet Breezy is no louder than any other 21-year-old who can afford to be living where he’s living… without their Mommy and Daddy.
