This was Charlize Theron’s home with Stuart Townsend until they broke up last year after ten years… probably because he finally accepted that he would never be as rich, famous, or pretty as her.
The two-story, 2100 sq. ft. Malibu home was originally listed in December for $7.5 million. They have now settled on the selling price of $6.562 million, which is still $3 million more than what Charlize and Stuart paid for the house back in ’03.
That’s gotta take the sting off the break-up, right?
