SMH: Killer Sues Jail For $50 Million For Calling Him An “Inmate”
A man convicted of killing someone in a drug deal gone wrong is suing New York state for $50 million, saying he is being ‘stigmatized’ by being called an ‘inmate’. According to Gerard Domond, 49, the term inmate implies he was “mating with other men” and is causing him “mental anguish.”
