Newlyweds Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo just purchased a $2.85 million home together and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.
The pair are making their home in the Encino, Calif. area of the San Fernando Valley in an 8,000 square-foot, 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom Spanish style house — leaving plenty of space for the two lovebirds to expand their family.
The home features vaulted beam ceilings, numerous fireplaces, a state of the art kitchen, large balconies and rustic outdoor living space with pool.
Nick, 37, and Vanessa, 30, dated for nearly five years before tying the knot on July 15, 2011 at Sir Richard Branson’s private Necker Island estate — which was sadly destroyed by a massive fire in August.
