A Clermont County woman is accused of raping a teenage boy at knifepoint.
Jamie Phillips, 20, is charged with felonious assault, kidnapping, rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Investigators said Phillips raped a 14-year-old boy in her apartment.
Phillips is being held on $200,000 bond. Her case is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on April 17.
