This hat is constructed of a buckram and wire frame, and covered with chip bags. If you want I can make a custom piece using your favorite snacks!
Then there is the large flower fashioned out of chip bags, with a few big silver beads in the center.
This fascinator is one size fits all, and sits on top of your head and is worn in a tilt hat style. A more perfect cocktail hat I cannot imagine!
