A Tell Tale Sign of Guilt

William Balfour’s lawyer just abandoned his no good ass:

The lawyer who has been representing William Balfour, the man accused of killing Oscar and Grammy-winning star Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew has hit the hills! According to Chicago’s Sun Times, Joshua Kutnick said he believes Balfour is innocent but cannot handle the case any longer.

“It’s the kind of case that involves intense hours,” Kutnick told reporters after speaking with Balfour’s mother. “I was gathering all the resources, but I couldn’t finance it.” Kutnick’s decision is likely to be followed by the court appointing a lawyer from the public defenders office.

Damn. What else does a judge and jury need to know. If this punk’s lawyer bailed, he’s clearly not worth defending.
