PLASTIC-obsessed Katella Dash has spent £60,000 ($100,000) on cosmetic surgery to look like a blow up doll. Blonde Katella, who has enormous 38H breasts, wants more silicone implants to reach extreme proportions. The massage therapist says she wears make-up 23 hours each day and spends four hours getting ready each morning. Incredibly, Katella was born male but underwent gender reassignment.
