Taye Diggs & wife Idina Menzel will soon enter the realm of parenthood:
Taye Diggs, 38, and Idina Menzel, 37, are expecting their first baby, his rep [confirmed] The longtime couple – who met on the 1996 Broadway production of Rent and married in January 2003 – will welcome their new arrival later this year. Diggs costars on the ABC drama Private Practice and Menzel won a Tony Award for her turn in the 2003 Broadway production of the musical Wicked.
Well, congrats to them. Given their ages, it’s best they strike while the iron’s hot – so to speak.
