Atlanta Greek Picnic Organizers Go In On ‘New Age’ Greeks
The organizers of the 2014 Atlanta Greek Picnic are doing more than just shutting down Mona Scott Young’s “Sorority Sisters” reality show, they’re going OFF on social media about “new age” greeks who helped tarnish the image of their annual gathering.
As previously reported June 8th-14th marked the ten year anniversary of the picnic that prides itself on bringing Greeks from across the country together for a weekend of stepping, partying and mostly CIVILIZED celebrations centered around unity.
Apparently some young members of divine nine organizations didn’t get that memo however and at went HAM by causing a disturbance at the Marriot Marquis hotel by chanting at 5 a.m.
And while some people dubbed the early morning show of Greek pride “amazing”, AGP organizers were NOT pleased and a lengthy Twitter rant ensued…
Do they have a point????
Check out more of this epic AGP Twitter rant below.
Dayuuuuum they told y’all, huh???
Here’s to hoping next year turns out better…
