Kim Kardashian & Kanye West’s Daughter North Wears $1500 Half Carat Diamond Studs

She’s only one, but KimYe’s kid already knows all about the finer things in life. Besides, how is she supposed to throw her diamonds in the sky if she doesn’t have any?

According to jewelry expert Michael O’Connor, the over-the-top tot is already the proud owner of a half-carat worth of diamonds.

“Baby North West is one lucky girl, sporting diamond stud earrings that look as it they are about half a carat total weight set in platinum,” O’Connor told Radar. “Each stud looks to have a platinum setting holding a round diamond of one-fourth carat.”

Nori and the newlyweds, who tied the knot May 24 in an extravagant ceremony in Florence, were spotted at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan on June 15 celebrating the milestone day with baby’s newest accessories.

And there’s no budget for the birthday girl. O’Connor believes the Wests dropped about $1,500 on the sparklers.

The half-carat bling is “Not bad at all,” he said, “when you consider that the average engagement ring diamond in the US is somewhere between a half a carat to 1 carat and the average in the UK is less than that!”

Although it pales in comparison to her mom’s 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz wedding ring, it appears Nori is simply taking baby steps as she grows into bigger bling.
