“Shahs Of Sunset” Star “GG” AKA Golnesa Gharachedaghi Gets Fat Transfer To Boost Butt
Looks like GG made some improvements in anticipation of the upcoming fourth season….
According to TMZ reports:
“Shahs of Sunset” star Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi orchestrated a fat trade between her stomach and her a$$ … and it looks like both parts came up winners in the deal.
GG hit up Dr. Rollins at Elite Body Sculpture in Beverly Hills recently — same place Shanna Moakler went last year — where she received a Brazilian butt lift and an Airsculpt Laser Liposculpture to suck fat out of her abdomen … then had it transferred into her butt.
In all, we’re told the quickie procedure took three inches off her waistline and removed 1 liter of pure fat.
Seems like she’s making money, if that’s what she wants to spend it on who are we to judge. Do you think doing reality TV puts pressure on people to make the decision to go under the knife?
