Lil Nas X came out as gay in 2019, and since then, his career has only gotten bigger--but that doesn't mean he hasn't faced his fair share of hate. Last night at the BET Awards Lil Nas X kissed one of his male background singers during a performance of his hit single "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" and received a wave of backlash from people online.
