Pharrell Williams' festival will return to his hometown of Virginia Beach following a three year hiatus away from its original stomping grounds.
After canceling the festival's return to Virginia Beach due to the city's "toxic energy" and failure to do anything about the death of his cousin Donovan Lynch who was shot to death by Virginia Beach police officers, Pharell Williams has announced "something In The Water' is back and has been moved to Washington D.C.
Pharrell Williams declared that the Something in the Water festival won't be returning to Virginia Beach until the city does something about its "toxic energy" problem, much of which appears to revolve around city officials handling (or lack thereof) of the shooting of Williams cousin, 25-year-old Donovon Lynch.
